These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at arroykian.com (the “Site”) operated by Arroykian Solutions (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What we offer
The Site presents our work and lets you reach us about building a custom CRM. Any actual build engagement — scope, fees, ownership, support, and data handling — is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the customer. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance or a binding quote.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or these Terms;
- attempt to probe, scan, or breach the Site’s security, or disrupt its availability;
- scrape, frame, or republish the Site’s content except as permitted by law;
- misuse the “Open your CRM” tool to direct others to deceptive or harmful destinations.
The sign-in tool
The “Open your CRM” feature simply forwards your browser to a CRM address you provide. We do not keep a directory of customer CRMs, we do not authenticate you, and we are not responsible for the content or availability of the destination you enter.
Intellectual property
The Site, its design, copy, the Arroykian Solutions and ArkKit names and marks, and the underlying platform are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, an email client, our host, or font provider). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arroykian Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us to access it, which for the Site is zero.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arroykian Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
